There is a way. Could be done in Nova, if departments are set, but prob easy in sims too.

Could write a report, but may be complex. Having got my thinking head on yet.

A rough and ready way to see the list and not print it, is to use the new timetable print function and choose teachers of a subject. it then shows you all subject teachers. just can't print it easily.

This is a very simple report to set up in the Staff Focus of Reporting.

Just add a sub-report of Lessons and then select 'Subject of Class'. You will then need to untick 'Include all records .....' and tick 'Display first record only' via the data Field Screen filter on 'Lessons'.

Then just add in a filter for Subject or Subject Code on the same screen.

Thanks Sivadam, I just created the report, it worked fine.

Thank you everybody.

If you are new to using SIMS then you may find it more helpful to Register with Capita SupportNet if you have not already done so. http://support.capitaes.co.uk/newlogin/login.asp

There are many helpful and knowledgable people using the Forums there. It isn't often I respond to simple questions such as this on these Forums.

I am in very real danger of losing my last Red Square at this rate!

God forbid if I turn Green again! My reputation would be in tatters!
