cyr0n_k0r Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 Currently we are using analog RF distribution equipment with VCR's, modulators, combiners, and coax amplifiers. I want to move to a digital distribution system. Who has digital distribution systems and what are you using? The cheapest route in my mind would be to setup a windows media server, and link to digital content through a portal similar to sharepoint. Then they can just stream it to their projector. (I want to get the old analog TV's out of the rooms since we are moving towards a 100% projector standard)
m25man Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 We have to manage the delivery of multi channel RF and various IPTV around a football stadium, we use all sorts of various solutions to reach all corners. Over 120 TV sets - Live Match Feeds with Audio - Slingboxes - Jumbotron over fibre - Prozone Analyst Feeds - 86 CCTV cameras and 4 DVR's Equipment ranges from simple coax distribution using Labgear Amps and splitters, MuxLab MuxLab VideoEase - Streamline your cabling Equipment and Exterity IP TV and soon Public Address over IP. The Muxlab range has a solution to just about every problem so I would start there.
