I have the following policy FileSystemPolicy.inf.

 

EXAMPLE:

When configuring the computer using Security Configuration and Analysis MMC snap-in the result returned in the log is:

The results are similar when analyzing the computer. No further information is given as to why the policy is not being implemented.
