The whole point of this stuff is that the teachers have the right to actively remove a phone or similar from a disruptive child without fear of the parents "coming down there with [their] solicitor".

as if we dont have it hard enough having to tell students off and stuff, cant imagine what they would say if they new we could search them for there phones and ipods, asking for more trouble is my opinion
