Blackberry storm emails not showing via BES

Dear all,

 

i've got a user who has just got a new blackberry. I have configured the phone through BES, which all went through ok, all seems fine, email send works etc etc. the phone gets notification of a new email but will not display any new emails on the phone. can anyone shed any light as to what might need to be checked/changed to get this working?
