[SIMS] Change Request - Combined Result & Result Description Dialog

Hi all,

 

been updating a load of our Individual Reports today and it occured to me how much quicker the process would be if you didn't have to keep opening and closing dialog boxes to switch between the 'Result' and 'Result Description' insertion dialogs.
