dhoward_westexetc Posted June 9, 2010 Posted June 9, 2010 I cannot seem to see a certain answer to this on the internet, so I will ask here. When we move to Server 2008 R2 hopefully in the summer we plan to keep our existing 2003 R2 Terminal Server for the interim, which has the latest RDC client that I can see available (6.0). My question is, will we be able to connect to our new 2008 R2 servers remotely through RDP via the 2003 R2 server? I don't want the fancy GUI features, it is just so our LEA can remote into our new servers to install their backup software and configure things like IAS for our wireless. Thanks.
DMcCoy Posted June 9, 2010 Posted June 9, 2010 You need to turn NLA off on the server, but RDP 6 will connect. 1
