Reject message to member of distribution group. Exchange 2007

We have a "All Staff" email group which has loads of member groups. One member of staff would not like to get these emails as he is only in 1 day a week and the emails are generally of no interest.

 

How can I configure it so that any message sent to the All Staff group will not send to him without removing him from any groups?

Could you use a transport rule? I have it set that any member of the e-mail group "restricted e-mail" cannot send e-mail to any member of the "Student" e-mail group without having a member of the "staff" e-mail group in the cc field. If transport rules can do that it should be able to do what you need.
