To do this you need to put a bmp file into "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\User Account Pictures" (x86) called user.bmp

Then go to Computer Settings->Admin Templates->Control Panel->User Accounts->Apply the default user logon picture to all users

The BMP is 128x128

You can deploy it as a package/startup script/os image/gppreferences (my way)

Problem is you still can't get rid of that ridiculous box unless you hack the relevant DLL I believe. We have a customised background, but still have that frame!

Try adding the same image as guest.bmp. I think that should then show the picture you want
