Tenders

I'm currently looking at putting together a tender for some (well a lot) of switches that we need to replace. As we suspect the amount will be over the councils competitive tender threshold we have to go out to competitive tender.

 

I was just wondering if anyone here has put together a tender before? I'd be really interested in seeing someones completed tender documentation and/or talking to someone thats been through the process. Also if anyone can suggest a suitable trade publication for publishing notification of the invitation to tender that would be great
