fafster Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 Specifically the Wake From Shutdown option in the device properties (Marvell Yukon 88E8071), turning it to Off. This setting needs to be set to On in order for the machine to respond to magic packets. Any ideas how I can stop this delinquent behaviour?
Ric_ Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 Not sure if what you need is there but there's a whole host of power options in Group Policy Preferences.
DMcCoy Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 Two options, modify the inf file which is used by windows when installing the driver or use powercfg to enable wake on lan. You may even need to use both methods.
