Network Login problems for some users

Hi,

 

We have recently had an Apple Mac Integration with Novell eDirectory. The plug-in we use is called Kanaka.

 

Most of our users can login no problem using their network accounts but some users get the message "unable to log you on at this time" I think it may be something to do with the length of the usernames/names that it uses to create a home directory although I'm not sure.

 

Apple clients and OSX server are both running Snow Leopard.

Console reports an error on mounting the home directory, which is what I thought.

 

However no indication of why it can't mount the home directory, path length is the same as other users who can login without any problems.
