The clip lasts for 10 seconds. The subject matter is not pleasant. Why do the authorities allow these things to 'leak out?' [no pun intended]

I'm pretty sure that's a fake - warm things come out lighter on those cameras, one would assume the offending item would infact be warm. Probably done with a can of compressed gas down the other side of the person in question.

 

Still, make me laugh.

Yeah, it's fake. The clothing would inhibit the methane spouting like that. He's using an aerosol of some kind.
