Adobe bundle recommendation?

Someone's just asked me to get a quote to upgrade our Macromedia Studio 8 site licence today. (Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash). We also have about 30 ancient concurrent Photoshop 4 Elements licences, and would like an upgrade to Movie Maker. (Premiere Elements?)

Any recommendations for a good value bundle?
