Sp0oK Posted February 5, 2010 Posted February 5, 2010 HI, Does anyone know how to reset the sysman account on FMS?? i checked a few posts but were more Sims than fms. Also there was a tool posted ESSUpdate but when downloading the archive is corrupt dont know if anyone could re-post it Thanks in advance Paul.
Sivadam Posted February 5, 2010 Posted February 5, 2010 (edited) Log In as Sysman. There is the option to Change Password at LogIn Screen. Else get the person with access to change the Passwords to change it for you. I can change ours! Can't see your request in FMS Forum of SupportNet .... .... then again I wouldn't if you happen to be from a Support Unit as use mere schools get a different version of SupportNet.
