Help me find the best hard drive camcorder?

Hi there knowing already how helpful you chaps are. I'm looking to purchase 8 hard drive camcorders. We currently have JVC Evereo's they are good but at low light the quality suffers. It would be really helpful if they transfer to pc in a format other than mov.
