Terminal Server Problem - Windows 2003

Got Windows 2003 Enterprise running on out TS Boxs, but have a problem hen im on the comsole and log in to one on a domain level, it comes up with this;

 

The application or DLL C:\Windows\System32\MFC42 dll is not a valid Windows image, Please your against your installion Disk.

 

Also comes up when trying to run VBS

 

Any help on this would be great.

 

Scanned server for viruses and is all clean.

It's just a missing DLL file. Download from mfc42.dll free download - DLL-files.com and place it in your system32 folder.
