ATTN: People withs Sims Learning Gateway (hosted)

With the hosted setup and the fact it's a live connection do you have any issues with it slowing down your network at all or are the overheads pretty negliable? If we do go with SLG it will most likely be for the hosted version because no one here knows SharePoint and it seems to be better to let sims manage and support everything as opposed to us running and trying to maintain yet another system in the school.
