andykemp Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 Does anyone know any helpdesk type products which can be integrated in to moodle? For integration I can live with supporting LDAP authentication and being theme-able... It needs to be flexible enough to handle ICT help-desk requests and Maintenance type requests and keep them separate... Would prefer something OpenSource if there is something (But would consider commercial) and don't mind hacking some PHP to get it working nicely... Thanks Andy
