One Exchange User can't see her 'contacts' as an addressbook

As the title says really... I have one Exchange 2003 user who, through Outlook, isn't able to access her Contacts list.

 

Also, (this is a very namby pampy explanation) when I send an email, I can write the person's name, and their address automatically resolves after 10 seconds or so. This doesn't happen with her.

 

Also - see attached file. I looked at her Contact list, and in the Properties, she doesn't have the option to 'view Contacts as an email address book', whereas I have. It's completely greyed out.

 

Now I'm sure it's a permissions thing - but I don't know what permissions, and where!

 

Does anyone else?

Tools -> Email Accounts -> Add New Directory or Address Book -> Additional Address Books -> Outlook Address Books -> Voila!!

 

You may need to restart Outlook.
