If you look closely on the left side it says HTTP Watch 6.1

 

So HttpWatch: An HTTP Viewer and HTTP Sniffer for IE and Firefox looks like the one.

cool thanks. cant see it clearly on this old 14" tft. A quick look and Im thinking the free version is gonna be kind of limited compared to the pro version which is £225 for 1 user!
