Synchronising PDAs with Exchange

Hi guys,

 

I've been trying to get my PDA to sync with Exchange, I've tried installing the certificates on the PDA but with no joy. I read somewhere that if we used ISA (which we don't) we need to install the certificate on the ISA server. We currently use Smoothwall, do we need to install the certificate onto the smoothwall? If so any ideas how to?

Thought this might be worth a glance.. do you currently have Exchange Active Sync working internally? I remember last year having to run through this document to get an HP iPaq working for someone.

how are you trying to sync?

When its in the pc or using wifi?

Is it XP?

Are you using the desktop activsync or is the pda trying to directly talk to your exchange server (via the usb)?
