gibbo_ap Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 moring all, i would normally have a mess my self but this is the last day of the hols and i have loads to do thanks to my boss leaving and leaving loads to do! right, some one has sent the hod for it some xml files, which exchange blocks. the files are legit. any idea how to turn off blocking of this type even if only for 10mins?
srochford Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 Can the sender zip and resend? Might be easier! I didn't think Exchange 2003 could block extensions but Outlook does - details of how to adjust the list are here - How to configure Outlook to block additional attachment file name extensions the other thing is that if you have Exchange Intelligent Message Filter installed then I think it can block extension types so check there.
