North Yorks email down as per usual

Makes a change that it's not the VPN but the email systems in North Yorkshire are not accepting emails..

 

All my notices send out tonight have bounced all over the shop while East Riding is having no problems at all.

 

Figure on headteachers thinking they've got lucky and internet services being a bit hampered as per usual..

Our email has been fine through YHGfL since Spring. No problems at all. Have you telephoned to see if they have any issues?

I got into school yesterday and found that whatever it was, was resolved as the emails had arrived despite the bounces that were happening last night.

 

I'm guessing they resolved it quickly which is good to know.

 

 

I think we're on a slightly different system to YHGfL but it's hard to tell as things seem somewhat fluid atm.

Ours has been fine, although we use googlemail which im told uses YHGFL mail relays. We normally just telephone our MIS team and ask them if they know any problems, then YHGFL get back to us.

 

We have only usually had email bounces if our hub turns off their systems over summer
