troubles with DMMultiView v8120

Here, we use the DMMultiView v8120 for our surveilance cameras (16). A few days ago, when I checked the machine where the multiview server is runing, the whole system was freeze!

Ok, so I just reboot...

The machine restart without any trouble, but the password for the DMMultiView v8120 was RESET! No accounts, only the one for the administrator. But the other configuratin params are ok

Does any of you has any idea of what happened? and more importan, what to do to avoid this in the future.

The machine running multiview is a win XP pro rig with 2 mb of ram, and a HDD with 300 mb of space, and the cameras are conected by coax. Also, the system pass a full tunning (by trained personal) a few months ago, and the system was running smoothly
