Issue with laptops not downloading profiles correctly in windows server 2008

Hi I am having problems with our several wireless laptops which are currently networked to windows 2008 server my issue is that when I log on to using example account 1 and example account 2 the permissions and policies we have are not downloading so basically users can get access to everything which I don't want them getting at! lol

 

I currently have viglen working on it which have give me numerous tasks to try, I have even got the laptops plugged using a network cables and still the same issue.

 

 

Just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue or can recommended something.
