Printers in CC3

Hey guys,

 

I've just built a print server for the RM CC3 network. I've just installed Server 2003 and installed:

- RM Location Services, RM Printer credits client service,

- RM Printer credits Framework,

- RM Printer Wrapper Service

 

I've added printers and shared them. However, in the RM Management Console it comes up with the following message:

 

"Computer:

 

A printer selected is currently not able to be managed (try again in 20 minutes)."

 

 

 

Any suggestions?

Last I heard RM didn't support the printer credits stuff on member servers.

 

My experience was just to build a normal 2003 member server without any of the RM software and make sure any printers I install I 'list in the directory' and it's always worked ok for me.
