Looking for a scrolling marquee script

Hi Guys,

 

I'm currently redesigning the school website and am looking for a decent scrolling marquee / news ticker script that pulls the information out of a seperate html document.

 

I'm wanting to use it on the main page to show current news etc from the school with links to different topics.

 

It needs to be cross browser compatible.

 

Any help much appreciated.

Here is one i've used in the past:

 

jQuery liScroll - a jQuery News Ticker

 

Not sure what scripting language your using but if your using PHP you could do a simple include to pull in the news items.
