Using a CleverBoard as a SmartBoard

Another quickie. Out of interest, has anyone heard of a driver/software which enables you to using the Smart software with a CleverBoard? What's the legal position on this? Thanks, Bruce.

You can probably technically do it by loading up the smart software and connecting it to a smartboard to register. If it is anything like the mimio software in this regard it will be able to take the tablet style input from any source including the cleaverboard as long as the cleaverboard drivers are installed to interpret the boards input.

 

From a legal standpoint this is not the best of ideas though as usually the agreement for the software states that it must be used with the vendors product to be legal usage.

I was wondering if I could use an older version of the the Smart software, which we have, which doesn't have this restriction in the license agreement....
