Edited the Meet the Staff module location and now gone screwy

Hello,

 

I just looked at the Meet the Staff module found on the right hand side of the home page in the Joomla 1.5 to see if i could ad a hyperlink to the bottom. I was going to link it to a second page where all members of staff are listed so parents could find the name of the teacher for their child/ren.

 

Unfortunately when i did add a link at the bottom it screwed up the layout of the four blocks.

 

I went back in to the module and just added a few lines in to place them back onto their own lines. But on save they revert back to the wrong location.

 

How can i get the module to display correctly again and how can i just add a simple hyperlink without breaking it all?
