RBUSS

Hey guys,

 

Does anyone know how RBUSS works? Does it back up the SIMS database everyday and send it all out each day. Or does it back up the database, sending out the package over 4 days?

 

Also going to move away from RM (the school been with them for don't know how long, being the new guy I personally think we could save a few pennies moving away). Our current servers are Intel Xeon 2.66 Ghz with 1 gig of RAM!!?? Hmm... well anyway, would I have a good enough argument to ask for two new decent servers for the DC servers?

I know it's an old topic but.... RBUSS backups up the SIMS\FMS\Discover database daily, it then sends ONLY changes to the database. Doesn't take the SIMS\FMS\Discover database offline either, so people can stay in SIMS .net etc.
