Do I need print Manager Plus client billing?

I just got a quote for £350 plus £250 maintenance for upgrading our Print Manager Plus software to the client billing version. At the moment I'm just using it to enforce a quota on students, but I've been asked to set up a way to bill departments for class use. Is this upgrade a good idea?

I'm looking into the same thing. I need a software package that will prompt the end user to select the subject they are printing it for so I can bill the right department.

 

How do you find print manager generally? Is it saving the school money and reducing wastage?

 

Would you recommend print manager?
