Fontayne56 Posted February 4, 2009 Posted February 4, 2009 I need to pick some brains !! using vista 64 bit. If I create a new folder in a folder it does not appear immediately. I have to right click and select refresh in order to see the new folder. At this point I must right click the folder and select rename to complete the once simple task in xp. Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening. My work buddy next to me has the same OS installed off the same CD and we both have SP1 MINE DOES IT HIS DONT !!! ARRRHHHH !! What a pain !! ELP !!! Many Thanks

(again x64 vista) wow that was no help at all!! what happens if you copy stuff in do they show up straight away or do you have to do refresh for this too...
