I had this template before with joomla 1.0 and it looked better, specially with the menu.

 

I don't know how to fix it and to add pictures and flash...

looked better?? have you got some modules published in positions not in the template? What menu did you have before?

Before, the left module had a colour background... Not anymore.

How can i change it or restore it?

That will be the "Module Class Suffix" in the module parameters. You should be able to see what different styles you can use in the templates CSS file.
