VBA: Control ID -> function?

I've got a mystery control ID for word 2003.

I've got a pretty good dump of control IDs for menus, toolbars.

The former is not in the latter

VBA isn't exactly one of my strong points. Is there some easy way with VBA to use that control ID, discover whether it is valid and if it is, dump some info to give me a clue to it's nature?
