Jamie_a Posted November 19, 2008 Posted November 19, 2008 Im having a play with a site to site vpn but i dont think its working, Ive set up a pc at each site and set the gateway to the ip of the local card on the isa server, and then tried pinging the pc on the other site with no repsonse, when im setting up the vpn on the isa server for the remote gateway should I put the external ip of the remote isa box or the ip of the router on that side? Does anyone have a janet and john guide I could use for setting it up or any pointers?
sammy Posted November 19, 2008 Posted November 19, 2008 Hi Jamie, off the top of my head becuase i have not done this for a while... it should be the external ip address of the remote router, but im sure you will also have to set up a external to internal mapping on the router to direct traffic to the remote ISA server on that side.
