Hacking .pst files

Usual story, teacher has password protected their outlook archive .pst file and then forgotten the password.

 

What's the easiest way to hack the password? I've done it before but seem to remember I needed a special piece of software that currently escapes me.

I think I used officekey before as well, seems pst passwords are pretty weak
