Export/Import into SIMS Marksheets

When viewing a marksheet in SIMS, it is easy to export by just clicking the export icon. But what about transferring the data the other way?

 

One of our departments wants to continue with their spreadsheets at the moment and there doesn't seem to be an easy way for them to get their data in.

 

Is it possible to paste directly into the marksheet or via the 'exported' spreadsheet?
