You don't need to make changes to the XML file yourself, run the program from the run box with /S at the end and it puts you into 'settings mode' which allows you to change the way the program runs. Infact until you actually make some settings changes this way, the XML file doesn't even exist I don't think.

Hi Mike

I must be doing something wrong, i extracted to the C drive and tried running it by ("C:\Easy Password Reset\Easy Password Reset 2.0.exe" /s) this as full admin but all it does is run!

Thanks Les

Tried using capital S? (from the quote) If it's anything like normal programs they're fussy moos.

It has to be a capital S, that's what I programmed it to look for. I should have been more clear on that maybe, but I have typed it with a capital!

Our students start with 1000007-3000000. Anyway we could modify your program with those parameters?

I need to write the 'custom' option for the program, I'll try and do it over this weekend for you, been looking for a good excuse to do it. :)

Since deploying Windows 7, we've noticed that EPR can take a long time between clicking reset and the password change confirmation coming back (10-60 seconds). Have you seen this issue before?
