You will need to have 1^st and some 2^nd line technical ability in SOME of the below technologies/areas, but more importantly is being able to work with a range of technology users with kindness, efficiency and excellent communication.

365, Windows, Sharepoint, Intune, Defender, MacOS, Jamf, MDM, MFA, iSAMS, Papercut, Ruckus, Cisco, Wifi, AV, Surface Pro, 1:1, iPads, Digital and Cloud first, Safeguarding systems
