How to send daily/weekly demerit/sanction summaries to parents (iSAMS)

We use iSAMS, and our SLT would like parents to receive a daily or weekly summary outlining any sanctions or demerits their child has been given. We also use MySchoolPortal, and although parents can view their child's records via the portal, it isn't possible to send out summary notifications from there either. Within iSAMS, you can send push notifications via the parent portal or email notifications, and you can customise what type of record the parent receives. However, it doesn't give you the option to prevent the parent receiving a notification every single time their child is issued with a sanction, demerit or merit. Can others please advise how they manage this, if there are any suggestions you have please? Thanks
