demo student account for teachers

Teachers would like to view OneNote possibly other apps as a student so they can demonstrate on the smartboard with the same view as a student.

I looked at Sharing accounts and credentials - Microsoft Entra ID | Microsoft Learn but don't think that will work as they already have access to the Apps 

 

Best I can think of is an account with a shared password and minimal permissions maximum restrictions that can't sign in outside of our IP range.
