Office 365 Email Spam Aggression

Afternoon all,

 

Has anyone noticed an increase in Office 365 spam email activity over the last few weeks?

 

The aggression has ramped up and we are now seeing a lot of spam decisions being made against parent gmail accounts, classcharts, cpoms etc...

If anything, I've noticed it finally starting to keep the actual spam from recruitment agencies in the Junk folder rather than going to the inbox. We have our BCL set to the default 6 for most people but moved down to 5 for email addresses listed on our website, plus anyone else who has reported a lot of spam before.

 

Maybe you increased the agressiveness before to keep the spam out and they've made tweaks that balanced things more?

Havent touched it in years to be honest but when i did check it on Friday the global BCL was set at 5.

 

I have changed it to 7 to see what happens.
