I am seeking a Lead IT Technician to support an exciting and varied educational environment in rural Petersfield, Hampshire.

 

Sitting between 1st and 3rd line support, you will be working on the ICT Helpdesk, leading other technicians to resolve day-to-day issues, whilst managing/maintaining systems and implementing technical developments and improvements with Network Managers.

 

This role is perfect for an existing 1st line technician with excellent customer skills, seeking to progress their ICT career.
