Any Valid Use? Bitlocker Pin

I wanted to ask, is there any real point to having software that uses can use to change their bitlocker unlock pin? the software could ask the user to change their key, say every 6 months and have all the safety to ensure the bitlocker pin is not a simple 1234567 and alike.. would this have any value / usage to a business?

 

Online there is mixed advice about rotating unlock pins... some do it, some say never do it...
