iCloud syncing is not working properly with notability

Hey, I use notability to take notes on my iPad, and use the iCloud to sync all the notes with my iPhone and macbook. It worked fine until one week ago, but now it is not functioning properly. Sometimes it shows me updated notes on my other devices and sometimes shows older notes. I’m not understand what’s going on. Please help me with this. Thank you.

Hello guys, I just want to inform you that my issue has been resolved. So what I did is, I tried turning off iCloud syncing, and rebooting the device and turning it on again but I had not resolved the issue but it could solve your IDK. After that I researched it in many places and luckily found a guide, and followed it. In my case iCloud private relay is causing the issue, as I turned it off now my iCloud sync is working fine.
