Microsoft Teams: Re-using assignments are slow

We have found that when staff try to re-use assignments from archived Teams, especially those which have multiple attachments, it will run very slowly. It will either then load the re-used assignment or will sit there buffering.

 

I can only hazard a guess this is due to the attachments, and that it is pulling them through and recreating them within the new Team as documents. However, for example, one assignment's documents total to just under 50MB. Can anyone confirm this, and is there anything we can do?
