Intune - iPad enrollment

Hi all,

 

We're trying to enroll ipads on intune and whenever we try login with someones account, it asks for a passcode rather than their password.

Three things:

- Nothing in our setup indicates that we allow for passcodes.

- Even if we did, shouldn't it at least ask to setup a passcode rather than just prompting for passcode like we set one up.

- The accounts we're using to login haven't been used to sign into ipads before and the ipads themselves are brand new.

 

I've tried:

- Wiping ipads and playing around with the config to no avail.
