SamanthaD Posted July 24, 2025 Posted July 24, 2025 Please see this from the government HSE site https://www.hse.gov.uk/safetybulletins/risk-from-height-adjustable-display-screen-education.htm I think most of us have seen the results of incorrectly mounted height adjustable systems, so please read and digest. Thanks. 1
PotNoodleTech Posted July 24, 2025 Posted July 24, 2025 Luckily I managed to keep permanent wall mounted as the only option so we don't have any of these. I know some schools do though - particularly primary schools.
BenQ_Chris Posted July 28, 2025 Posted July 28, 2025 Hi all, at BenQ we include fixed wall mounts with each of our interactive screens. But we recognise that a fixed wall install is not always appropriate for various reasons. We will always use industry standard VESA mounting spacing on the panels and are fully compatible with all major brands of height adjustable mounts (mobile or wall mounted systems). Some things to look out for are anti-collision and anti-crush sensors. Even if you do anchor the height adjustable mount securely you don't want them causing an injury. We don't do our own trolleys, but there are a number of brands I've worked with. If you'd like to know more or have any questions, please drop me a DM. Thanks, Chris Senior Technical Sales Manager UK & Ireland
