About the Role

Westcountry Schools Trust (WeST) is seeking a skilled and motivated Cluster ICT Network Manager to lead and develop ICT services across two secondary schools in Plymouth. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation, strategic development, and continuous improvement of ICT infrastructure and support, aligned with the Trust’s vision and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ICT services and support teams across the cluster.
• Ensure operational availability and performance of all ICT systems.
• Collaborate with WeST ICT Operations to align with strategic goals and service models.
• Oversee ICT asset management, procurement, and budget control.
• Maintain robust incident management, data backup, and service continuity procedures.
• Support the development and delivery of e-learning and staff ICT training.
• Promote continuous service improvement and adoption of best practices (e.g. ITIL, Agile).
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, data protection, and health & safety policies.
